California Stat Will California Probate Code Section 6240. Fill in the blanks only. Follow the instructions in the form carefully. Do not add any words to the Will except for filling in the blanks, and do not cross out any words. This is a very restrictive and simplistic will made for California only. In California wills written in hand are legal so I would think that just handwriting one out as opposed to using this form would be better.
