IMPORTANT: Statements are only archived for viewing for 90 days. Notices are archived for viewing for only 30 days. To view statements or notices longer, save them to your computer. Instructions on how to save statements begin on page 8.

When you sign up to receive your monthly statement from Community Bank via Email (called "EStatements"), you will continue to receive a paper statement for one additional month after enrollment. Note: You must have Adobe 6.0 or newer version to view statements and notices in .pdf format.
How to Sign Up For E-Statements: S 1 Login to NetTeller as normal. 2 Select the E-Statement option on the NetTeller Main Menu to display the "Email Settings" screen. 3 Click on “Details” to list all the accounts you can select to receive E-Statements. (more explanation of this item on page 5) 4 Add your Email address if not already showing. 5 Create and type in a one word or phrase “security phrase”. (more explanation of this item on page 5) 6 Select "Save Settings."
Select “E-Statement” on your menu.
Click on DETAILS for full list of accounts.

Clicking on “Details” will list all your accounts on NetTeller that you can sign up to receive EStatements. If after you click “Details” and the account you want is NOT listed -- please con tact our Customer Information Center for help. Creating your one word or phrase for security - This word or phrase will appear in the subject line of the E-Statement email sent to you each month. Make it something you will recognize, but not too complicated. When you click “Save Settings”, you have officially finished enrolling the accounts you selected in step 3 to receive E-Statements!

How to Sign up for Email Notices: To select to receive notices about your deposit account(s) via Email, follow these procedures:

Login to NetTeller as normal. Select the “E-Statement” option tab from the NetTeller Main Menu. Select the “Documents and Settings” option. Follow the screen prompt by clicking the box next to the account you wish to receive notices. Select type of notice(s) you want to receive for each account selected: Deposit Account statement ACH Customer Notices AFT Transaction Notice EIP Charge Back Notice EIP Credit Back Notice Wire Transfer Notice (outgoing) Wire Transfer Notice (incoming) Smart EIP NSF Notice - Images Bounce Protection NSF Notice Image NSF Notice

Select the "Select All" option to select and send ALL documents electronically for the selected account. Select the “Save Settings” button to save the settings.
The notices you selected will be sent to the same Email address you receive your e-statement for the accounts you selected.

Viewing Statements and Notices in NetTeller You can view past statements (for up to 90 days) and notices (for up to 30 days) using the "Statements and Notices" feature under the E-Statements option in NetTeller. Combined Statements: Combined statements will be delivered in their existing format. They will be shown as combined. Procedures:

From the NetTeller Main Menu select the E-Statements option. Select the "Statements and Notices" tab.

Select the account from the pull down menu next to the "View Statement/Notices For" field. There will be a list of statements and notices available for your account. Select the View link under the "View Details" column next to the E-Statements document name. The system will display the document you have selected.
To save this document on your computer, refer to “How to Save Statements and Notices” in this manual on page 8.

How to Save Statements or Notices Your archived statements will be availalbe for viewing for 90 days (notices are archived for 30 days). If you would like to save your statement or notice for viewing from your computer, use the following procedures:

Open the statement or notice you want to save. Position your mouse over the open document. Right click your mouse while your cursor is on the statement (or notice). Select the "Save target as" option. Select where on your computer you would like to save the statement (or notice). Enter the name and click “Save.”

E-mail Settings and Security Phrase - Changing Email Address m Procedures:

Select the “E-Statement” option from the NetTeller Main Menu. The "Statements and Notices" screen will display.

Select the Option’s tab. The system will display the "Personal Settings" screen. Select the “Change Email Address” button. The system will display the "Personal Options" screen.

Enter the updated Email address under the “New” column next to the Change Email Address field and then select the “Submit” button.
The system will display a message indicating the e-mail address has been changed.

Select the E-Statement option from the NetTeller Main Menu. The "Email Settings" screen will display with the updated e-mail address. Select the “Save Settings” button.
The system will display a message indicating the information has been updated and that an Email will be sent to the Email address indicated to confirm the changes.

Email Settings - Updating Current Security Phrase Procedures:

Select the E-Statement option from the NetTeller Main Menu. The "Statements and Notices" screen will display. Select “Email” from the Statements and Notices screen. The system will display the "Email Settings" screen. Enter the new security phrase in the field provided to replace the existing security phrase. Select the “Save Settings” button.
The system will display a message indicating the information has been updated and that an Email will be sent to the Email address indicated to confirm the changes. (Purpose of Security Phrase - the purpose is intended to assure you that any e-mailed documents requesting private infomration have originated from Community Bank’s Electronic Statement product. If the security phrase does not appear within any document purporting to be from Electronic Statement, you should NOT submit any sensitive information. In addition, the security phrase protects you from fraudulent internet scamming, or “Phishing”, a term used to describe the act of sending an e-mail to a user falsely claiming to be legitimate in hopes of accessing sensitive information that can later be used for identity theft.)

Reconciling Checkbook Transactions to Online Statement
This online tool will also be made available as an optional page within each .pdf-formatted online statement.
Note:
Objective: When reconciling checkbook transactions to online statement transactions, the final balance should be in agreement with your checkbook balances (Adjust for any deposits or debits referenced on the statement that DO NOT appear in your checkbook). Procedures:

Select the “E-Statement” option from the NetTeller main menu. The "Statements and Notices" screen will display.

Select the Recon option. The "Checkbook Reconciliation" screen will display.

Enter the balance from the latest online statement next to the "Enter balance from latest statement" field and then select the Next Step button.

Enter the deposit amount of each recent deposit NOT already credited to the statement, up to 8 deposits, next to the "Add Recent Deposits" field, selecting the Add Deposit button after each deposit amount has been entered.

Select the ”Next Step” button.
Note: You can select the "Recalculate" button to calculate and redisplay the total amount of the individual deposit amounts entered.

Note: You can select the "Previous Step" button at any time during the reconciliation process to return to a previous screen to correct information previously entered, selecting the "Next Step" button to proceed to the next screen.

Enter the date of each outstanding check (up to 8 checks) under the Date field. Enter the number of each outstanding check (up to 8 checks) under the Number field. Enter the amount of each outstanding check under the Amount field, selecting the “Add Check” button after each check date or number and check amount has been entered.

Select the Next Step button. The system will show a summary of the information entered and a final ending balance.

Select the Print button to print the summary of information displayed.

NetTeller Time Out and Warning Messages If you are “inactive” in NetTeller for nine (9) minutes, a "Login Timeout Warning" window will display. Note: The "Login Timeout Warning" window will NOT display if you have set your browser to block popup windows.
Note: If your browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer, the window displayed will include a count down display beginning at 60 seconds. If your browser is not Microsoft Internet Explorer, window displayed will show the 60-second warning but will not count down on the screen. If you are done working in NetTeller, click on “Logoff” and the system will automatically log you out. However, if you wish to continue working in NetTeller, select “Continue with my current session.” When the “Continue” button is selected, your login session will be refreshed and available for another 10 minutes and the warning window will disappear.

If you attempt to close the "Login Timeout Warning" window without clicking on either the "Continue" or "Logoff" button, the following window will display.
If you do NOT click on either the "Continue" or "Logoff" button on the "Login Timeout Warning" window after 1 minute has elapsed, the following window will display:
