Assignment of Creator's Copyright in Web Site Material ________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the "Creator”) is the author and owner of the copyright in the work commonly known as: ______________________, which has been registered with the United States Copyright Office and has been assigned Registration Number ___________ (the "Copyrighted Material"). For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Creator hereby unconditionally and irrevocably assigns and transfers to ___________________ ("Assignee") all right, title, and interest in and to the copyright in the Copyrighted Material. The Creator hereby agrees, represents and warrants that as a result of this assignment, Assignee has all of the exclusive rights of the owner of the copyright in the Copyrighted Materials that are given to the owner of a United States Copyright under the United States Copyright Act, including but not limited to the unlimited and unrestricted right to reproduce, copy, publicly perform, transmit (digitally or otherwise), publicly display, publish, distribute, to create derivative works, amendments and modifications based on the Copyrighted Materials.
