A video-conference between professionals in Hong Kong and US on the exchange and sharing of current issues in special education.

[to be confirmed] Organizers: Dr. Clay Keller works for the Metro Educational Co-operative Service Unit in Minnesota and is the President of the DISES (Division of International Special Education and Service) of the Council of Exceptional Children (CEC). Dr. Ming-Gon John Lian is the Honorary Director of the Centre for Advancement in Special Education (CASE), Faculty of Education of The University of Hong Kong. Purpose of the Event: The International Conversations via a video-conferencing meeting was an initiative brought up during our networking contact, through this exchange opportunity we wish to share each other's experiences on general issues of special education with colleagues thousands of miles across the ocean.
